If the operating airline decides to cancel the flight due to bad weather or other factors, the flight shall be canceled and we will refund your entire fare (excluding bank transfer fees).
Flights will depart as long as the pilot approves and the weather conditions meet the specified standards.

Payments can be made by below

Flight Cancellation due to bad weather, etc. ：Full refund
Notification 10 to 8 Days Before the Scheduled Travel Date ：20%
Notification 7 to 2 Days Before the Scheduled Travel Date ：30%
Notification 1 Day Before the Scheduled Travel Date ：40%
Cancellation on the Day of Travel ：50%
Cancellation After Travel Starts or No-show ：100%

However, this does not apply in the event that the flight is not possible due to bad weather or other similar circumstances.


【Schedule Changes】

Changes to the travel schedule can be made up to 4 days before the planned travel date without any fees (limited to one time only).

Changes made 3 days before the planned travel date or later will incur fees according to our cancellation policy.

: 170kg (including baggage)

Maximum per Person

: 120kg

No cargo space available (only carry-on items on lap allowed)

※Due to fuel adjustment, the limit may be lower than 170kg. Please understand in advance.
